The IFC Full Council is comprised of presidents from each of the 21 recognized member fraternities, as well as an Executive Board made up of 13 positions. The recognized IFC fraternities make up the council and consist of voting and nonvoting fraternities, the status of which are dependent on chapter standing.

The Executive Board is made up of the 13 positions listed below. Each vice president oversees a director and collectively oversee their functional area including committees made up of the corresponding chapter position. The Chapter Presidents and Executive Council work in close to make decisions that better the life of fraternity men around the University of Kentucky.
